Studies have further shown that raw food benefits outweigh
nearly every other available means to control health related problems in one's life. Many do not know that a
frequent intake of cabbages, cauliflowers, peas, beans, brussels sprouts and tomatoes can significantly reduce
health issues such as appendicitis. The natural benefits of raw foods, just to name a few, are that they lower
one's LDL cholesterol, lowers the body's fat content, as well as being high in protein, vitamins and
minerals.
One of the main reasons why so many people make poor unhealthy
choices is due to peer pressure and intimidation from friends and loved ones. However, fortunately for all of us,
